SFM was incorporated in March, 2005 by CA Rajiv Malhotra. He hasestablished itself as a Trusted Service provider in the field of business management consultancy, tax consultant and financial consultancy. Due to our experience in the Indian business management, we are well conversant in direct taxes, indirect taxes, secretarial services establishment feasibility studies of proposed business and various types of approvals and registrations with authorities. We are specialised in international taxation wherein we have been regularly giving consultancy for tax planning and investment planning to our clients.

We are also specialised in establishing joint ventures and their taxation approvals under Income Tax Act for their smooth business activities. We are network of experienced professionals with expertise in respective fields like legal, secretarial, chamber of commerce and registrations who can contribute to success of any Project/Venture.

We have in house team of Chartered Accountants with the total experience of more than 50 years in the field of Auditing, Book keeping, Direct taxes, and Indirect taxes, Debt funding and Business planning, we have been maintaining client base diverse business activities with staff strength of 17 people and state of the art office equipped with all modern infrastructure in the heart of Tricity which is in Chandigarh, India.
